This website, winter-willow.com, is operated by Winter Willow. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information at checkout and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including fabric, fill, measurements and warmth ranges. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Warmth ranges are a guide based on typical use over a mid layer and are not a guarantee of comfort in every condition.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and any shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Prices may change, but a change never affects an order you have already placed.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud, and in that case we refund any payment in full.

You can cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by emailing us with your order number.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns, refunds and our one winter guarantee by our Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photography, the Winter Willow name and wordmark, and the design of the site, belongs to Winter Willow and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
