Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO, FPO and DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time. All prices are in US dollars.

Shipping rates

The rate is calculated on the order total after any discount and before tax, and it is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no other shipping charges.

Order cut-off and processing

Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on US federal holidays begin processing the next business day.

Every order is dispatched within 2 business days of processing. You receive an order confirmation email when you buy and a second email with your tracking number when the parcel is dispatched.

Delivery times

Delivery takes 3 to 6 business days from dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude US federal holidays. Including processing, allow up to 8 business days from placing your order.

Delivery estimates are given in good faith. Severe winter weather and peak holiday volumes can occasionally add a few days, and we will tell you if we expect a delay on your order.

Tracking your order

Every order is tracked. Use the link in your dispatch email, or enter your order number and email address on our Track order page.

Address changes

We can change the delivery address until your order is dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. Once a parcel is with the carrier we can no longer redirect it.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, whichever you prefer.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, where applicable. There are no customs duties on orders delivered within the United States.
